Summary:

The role is for local Registration and Regulatory Compliance (GRRC) provides local regulatory leadership, expertise, and execution for the information/dossier development, product registration, and lifecycle management of all SC Johnson products.The individual is accountable for overall local compliance activities for all assigned SCJ products in assigned countries China Home Cleaning and Taiwan.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Directly accountable for registration action and regulatory compliance for assigned countries, this include understanding Pesticide Law, disinfectant Assessment Standard, chemical inventory requirement, food contact, RoHS etc
• Support global/regional project to provide critical registration/regulation input for product launch, including material check, formula/finish goods review, label review
• Tracking, summarize and communicate country regulatory requirement, change, update to regional manager/director, provide interpretive analysis for regulatory impact to company related product or business
• Provide input for assigned country related regulatory question/request
• Understand and apply internal approval process
• Maintenance company data base or tools to track registration/regulation status, eg PLM, Trackwise
• Maintain the authority relationship

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

• 3+ years work experience in compliance-related field with progressively broadening responsibilities
• Experience of registration/regulations
• BS or MS degree preferably in a related science (chemistry, biology etc.)

• 5-10% of travel time expected
