A renowned architecture studio in Hong Kong is currently seeking for Senior Associate to handle its prestigious residential projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Involvements of all stages from conceptual to construction
• Closely cooperate with both internal and external parties
• Development of design and preparation of construction documents in relation to residential projects
• Project evaluations, submission of building plans, integrate strategies for project planning
• Communicate with clients and other external parties to ensure designs are functionally aligned with requirements
  
  

Key requirements

• Degree in Architecture or relevant qualification
• HKIA, RIBA, or other relevant registered architect with at least 10 years of experience
• Good communication skill in English and Chinese
• Solid experience in HK residential/mixed-use projects in China
