We are looking for high-calibre individuals to assist in the operation of the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme (the Scheme). The Scheme is operated by HKMC Insurance Limited (HKMCI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited and the individuals will be appointed directly by HKMCI.

Job Descriptions:

• To provide support on post-approval guarantee and loan administration under the SME Financing Guarantee Scheme ("SFGS"), including processing and verification of reports and statements submitted by participating lenders, reconciliation of fund flows with counterparts, etc.;
• To support preparation of MIS reports and document management services;

• To support ad hoc projects; and

• The employment will be on a contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline;
• A minimum of 2 years' solid experience in SME lending with reputable Authorized Institutions;
• Attention to details, high degree of accuracy, able to work independently, under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Self-motivated, proactive working attitude, eager to learn and willing to take up new responsibilities;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
• Proficient in computer operation including MS Word and MS Excel, knowledge in MS Access an added advantage.
