About this Role
The candidate should have exceptional problem solving skills, analytical thinking plus good computer knowledge on Windows computers and applications. The successful candidate will provide 1st and 2nd line diagnostic and trouble-shooting support, often via a remote session, to enable a timely and effective resolution for the customer.
The candidate requires a structured approach to problem solving, is process orientated, and has good collaboration and communication skills. The candidate will also demonstrate solid customer service.
Candidates will also be required to contribute to the knowledge base as and when issues are found and constantly improve on technical knowledge.
