Responsibilities:

• Process the deal tickets under back office system after trade has been done by front office
• Monitor and manage the Nostro's funding position and reconciliation
• Report duties on public holiday for the transaction settlement with overseas counterparts, if necessary
• Process general ledger under core banking system
• Responsible for the debts settlement instruction through external clearing platform
• Follow up the settlement status such as CCP clearing and RTGS settlement
• Daily statement reconciliation and validate counterparties trade confirmations

Requirements:

• Form 7 / HKDSE or above
• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in handling treasury settlement transactions
• Experience in operating RTGS (i.e. eMBT and eCMT), Clearstream, Euroclear and SWIFT Alliance systems
• Shift duty is required, including Saturdays and Public Holidays
• Computer knowledge and familiar with MS Words, Excel & Chinese character input
• Good communication skill, able to work under pressure and independently
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
