Key Qualifications:

• University graduate;
• Have experience in conducting Ethical and/or QMS audits for minimum 3 years;
• Have conducted minimum 100 audits as a lead auditor;
• Able to travel frequently within Mainland China and other Asia countries;
• Be aware of relevant law updates in China and industry trends globally;
• Good report writing skills in English;
• Knowledge on RJC, LMBA audit, or minerals responsible sourcing preferred;
• Knowledge on ISO14000 system preferred.
• Able to work independently and have strong work ethics to get the job done with a time-sensitive nature;
• Good communication skill and interaction with team members;

Role Descriptions:

• Conduct traceability/chain-of-custody/minerals due diligence audit for upstream to downstream suppliers in minerals supply chain;
• Complete high quality audit reporting with clear audit findings, observations and supporting evidence;
• Review CAP and provide guidance for improvements;
• Provide technical assistance to smelter/refineries to prepare industry smelter audit;
• Contribute to the evolvement of the audit protocol and procedures and the enhancement of the audit guidance documents;
• Support client conference calls as needed;
• Work as a team to support other tasks from manager/director and internal colleagues.
