Requirements:
1. Have related experience in auto design for about 10 years;
2. Work as senior designer/director/manager or in other high positions;
3. Have working experience in China (past or current);
4. Have working experience in top auto companies.

Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for the research of cutting-edge design strategies and trends, and give suggestions on design schemes;
2. Participate in the planning of brand family design;
3. Be responsible for the design scheme making, and control the quality from the angle of brand designing;
4. Be responsible for tracking the transformation from design scheme to CAS model, and strive to improve the design quality.
