Key Accountabilities:

1. Identify and develop potential, sustainable customer relationships


2. Develop and maintain strong existing customer high level relations


3. Provide local market specific advice/information to Route Development manager to facilitate business performance review &evaluation.


4. Develop a constructive and positive relationship with some suppliers, customers’ consultants, other logistics providers.


5. Assist in account receivable issues


6. Maintain good communication and working relationship with others functions.


7. Maintain and grow existing customers


8. Lead local customer meetings/sales visits (potential and existing)and present company capabilities to customers


9. Sales lead pipeline monitoring


10. Drive market profiling and customer/competitor research & analysis activities to understand and identify market opportunities and challenges


11. Specific campaigns development in cooperation with Sales Manager


12. Ensure the development and maintenance of the customer database and its use for identification and segmented targeting of customers and prospects for JAS


13. Determine organization structure, roles and responsibility and performance targets for the function.


14. Develop a culture of quality, service excellence(for internal customers),flexibility and cost consciousness.


15. Develop team spirit and multitasking capabilities within the team


16. Plan, organize and direct an efficient and effective function


17. Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets


Knowledge, Experience & Skills (Job specific competencies)


1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience


2. Degree holder of equipment


3. Interpersonal relationship


4. Products (air & ocean ) knowledge


5. Systems knowledge


6. Familiar with local environment and working culture


7. Very good presentation capabilities


8. Entrepreneurial minded
