1) Senior BIM Coordinator / BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Lead engineers to perform BIM coordination;
• Reporting to management the BIM coordination / drawing production progress and manage BIM generated data;
• Collaborate and coordinate MEP contractors and design parties to solve cracks;
• Conduct BIM coordination meetings;

Requirement:

• HD or above in architectural/engineering or related discipline.
• 3 years or above works in BIM environment.
• Familiar with Revit, Navisworks and experience in new technologies to BIM.
• Good leadership and able to work under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
• Applicant with more experience will be considered as Senior BIM Coordinator.

2) Assistant Engineer (MVAC) / Engineer Assistant (MVAC)

Responsibilities:

• Technical / drawing submission and coordination.
• Site supervision and coordination.
• Tender document preparation.

Requirement:

• HD or above in building services or mechanical engineering.
• 1 year or above experience in MVAC fields.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Hardworking and energetic.
• Good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese.
• 2020 HD graduate will be considered as Engineer Assistant.

3) Assistant Safety Officer / Safety Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Assist Safety Officer in implementing policies of safety and health.
• Conduct toolbox training & prepare documents for safety audit.
• Site inspection and supervise the performance of safety and health.

Requirement:

• Holder of Cert. of Construction Safety Supervisor (OSHC or CICTA preferred).
• First Aid Certificate holder is preferred
• 1 years or above on safety supervision work or construction site experience.
• Familiar with MS Office and good command of usage in English and Chinese.
• Applicant with experience less than 1 years will be considered as Safety Supervisor.

4) Site Supervisor（地盤管工）

職 責:

• 地盤巡查、監督地盤工程進度及手工質量；
• 與各行大判、分判及工人協調和分配工作； 
• 與公司採購同事安排及管理材料數量及送貨；

要 求:

• 中五或以上程度，持工程文憑或證書優先；
• 兩年或以上地盤經驗，冷氣通風經驗優先；
• 懂讀寫中文、閱讀英文和冷氣通風圖則。
