Responsibilities:
* Train up internal staff to advance BIM capabilities and knowledge.
* Assist BIM Manager to set up Company BIM Team
* Responsible for technical project drawing, create, maintain or amend BIM models of Building , Structure and E&M disciplines
* Collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model changes 
* Communicate and co-ordinate with different parties including consultants and internal operation team in the smooth execution and delivery of projects with architectural designs and the usage of BIM models 

Requirement: 
* High diploma /Degree holder in construction engineering related discipline.
* Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services engineering is preferable.
* Minimum 3 years  BIM project experience in implementing, managing and using BIM software (including Revit, Naviswork)
* having experience for BIM5D is preferable.

Professional Qualification:
* Professional Member of HKIBIM and/or CIC Certified BIM Manager is/are preferable.
