The Company.

Our clients are international renowned contractor with new-built and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. To support the BIM division’s continuous growth and expansion in HK, they are now looking for experienced individuals for the (Senior) BIM Engineer/BIM Modeler positions for their Projects in Hong Kong.

The Job.

Reporting to BIM manager, you will have to coordinate and manage BIM projects, provide technical support to tendering and subletting and manage Project BIM team operation. Conducting clash analysis and create 4D construction sequence simulation animation is also expected. You will be responsible for execution of BIM works in projects to ensure that they are in accordance with the relevant BIM standards and project specifications. 

Skills & Experiences Required.

• Diploma or above in Architectural Studies/Structural Engineering/Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ BIM software working experience
• Familiar with BIM Standard
• Familiar with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese
