This exciting role offers opportunity to: Evaluate Li-ion BMS solution or proposal for innovation and NPD project. Lead team and/or supplier to develop battery pack for innovation and NPD project. Li-ion BMS technical support to team (RD, marketing, sales, SCM...) Li-ion BMS solution improvement & innovation to improve reliability & functionality of Li-ion pack. Qualifications Requirement: MS degree or BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or Computer Science Over 3 years experience on Li-ion BMS development Good BMS knowledge, topologies, function, performance Have independent Li-ion BMS design capability Familiar with Li-ion battery pack design/test Familiar with Li-ion battery characteristics Has experience of doing UL9540/1973/1642/991, IEC62619, UN38.3 UPS or other power supply product development experience is preferred Strong ownership; Customer focus; Good communication skills and collaborative style Yes!
