Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform the BW application management for VANs
- Maintain and develop BW applictions - end to end with focus on BW backend
- Testing of BW applications
- BW application monitoring and alerting
- Analysis of incident tickets
- Manage data load schedules and solve process chains failures
- Communication with business users or CoC members
- Proactive identification, escalation and resolution of issues
- Act as a counselor and mentor for other BI (BW, BO) associates’
- Improve support model and CoC collaboration
- Reports to Lead
