Customer Contact Technology and Virtual Agent Software Developer
- Take a key role as an expert in developing customer facing functionalities including Call Center VUI, customer facing voice applications, Virtual Agents, Voice and Chat Bots and business software solutions through object and data modeling, database design, programming, quality assurance, and implementation support. Contribute as an individual or in a pair in a very agile development environment.
- Play the key role in the dev team and designing the system, as well monitor Vendor develop functions or system before moved to Prod. Understanding Architecture and modifying with best practice and provide solution and continues improvement also part of key role.
