Purpose of Role
Responsible for preparing and serving drinks and cocktails for Guest Service Attendants and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner.
Responsibly Description
§ Prepare drinks for guests and Guest Service Attendants, ensure that proper
materials and supplies are available.
§ Ensure that minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic
beverages.
§ Maintain good relationship with guests, ensure they are well entertained.
§ Set up and breakdown the bar.
§ Prepare mixers, cut fruit, receive requisitions, check par levels, refill mixers,
get ice, run food, collect and dispose of garbage.
§ Have good knowledge of upselling, bar recipe, inventory, receiving and stores.
§ Control guest checks, secure proper payment and act as the cashier.
§ Perform as per SOS (sequence of service).
§ Demonstrate Whatever/Whenever attitude in response to guest request.
