Brand Strategic Planning
1. Determine the biscuits portfolio strategies and priorities (including resource allocation) based on understanding growth opportunities.
2. Lead brand team and cross funcitonal team to implement marketing plans to drive brand growth.
Brand P&L management
1. Ensure brand delivers annual & long term financial targets (i.e. net revenue, margin, etc)
2. Able to switch gears quickly, adapt & implement new brand plans based on brand financial status.
Brand Equity Building
1. Deliver effective brand foundations, product, packaging and pricing strategies for the portfolio.
2. Ensure all the IMC programs well deliver and strengthen brand proposition and equity.
NPD Management
1. Lead cross-functional team in generating NPD pipeline that will deliver sustainable, incremental growth.
2. Responsible for aligning across cross-functional team, resourcing and executing innovations.
IMC Development
1. Lead brand team and agencies on IMC development to strengthen brand equity, as well as improve key equity atributes / KPI.
2. Strong linkage and alignment with Sales team to ensure consumer activation plan and customer plan delivery
Insights
1. Collaborate with Consumer Insight team to extract relevant insights that apply to the brand.
2. Leads cross-functional team to anticipate competitors' portfolio strategies.
Organization Development
1. Create a winning brand team. Manage talent through effective recruitment, development, coaching and advancement planning.
2. Provide constructive feedback on Strengths and Development Opportunities to team through formal and informal feedback.
1. Marketing background, 7-8 years working experience. FMCG background preferred.
2. Have experience in leading a brand or multi-brands and developing the marketing plan from communication, price, product, promotion. Strong capability in implementing the marketing plans with collaboration from cross function teams.
3. Has strong passion and leadership to drive brand growth, as well as leading and influencing cross functions team to achieve the catergory and company's objectives.
4. Good communicaiton skills.
5. Experience in brand P&L management, innovation management, IMC development.
6. Experience in people coach and development.
