The Spasticity and Movement Disorder (SMD) team is looking for a Senior Brand Manager to lead our Duodopa product for the treatment of Parkinson’s Disease, and selectively support cross-SMD business unit initiatives for our Botox product line. This position is based in Montreal (Saint-Laurent) and reports to the Business Unit Manager, SMD. Key responsibilities Develop to successfully implement the marketing plan for our Parkinson’s Disease medication. Support the brand planning process to seek efficiencies across the SMD portfolio. Build, execute, and measure the tactics aligned to the strategies identified in the marketing plan. Manage the brand teams’ A&P budgets. Take a lead role in monthly and annual financial processes as required, work in close collaboration with Forecasting team to deliver accurate and timely output. Communicate strategic goals, brand messaging and tactical plans to internal customers, in-field teams and external agencies. Analyzing market challenges and opportunities and communicate findings to brand team and to senior management. Plan and coordinate conferences and sales cycle meetings for our in-field teams and . Collaborate with our marketing teams to optimize the performance of our product line for our Spasticity and Movement Disorder business unit. Partnering with our Continuing Health Education and Patient Experience teams to ensure a strong brand team approach to shared programs and leveraging opportunities. Maintaining ongoing engagement with key external experts and support our key health care centres. Proactively drive the planning of medical congresses and engagements with SMD subject matter experts. Qualifications Education / Experience required Bachelor’s degree in Science, Commerce, or Business Administration is preferred. Relevant business experience with proven track record. Marketing and other commercial experiences with an understanding of financial processes, market access, and knowledge of the regulatory environment within biotech/pharmaceutical industry preferred. Pharmaceutical sales or multi-channel media communications experience considered an asset. Expertise working with global teams is a plus. Essential skills and abilities French (intermediate) and English (advanced) language proficiency (oral and written). . Solid project management, communication, and negotiation skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.). Must be at ease with technology (the use of various tools/systems to perform day-to-day tasks). Ability to think and plan strategically (work plans, activities, timetables, targeting) and operating with execution excellence. Key leadership competencies Ability to drive the brand’s vision and strategy. Contribute to the brand team as an effective team player. Comfortable working in a matrix environment. Prioritize decisions and activities to ensure efficient use of resources and address critical issues impacting the brand. Prepare and deliver presentations to the different stakeholders. Adapt key messages to the audience. Develop multi-channel media strategies and execute them Travel requirements Must be able to travel about 30% of the time. Valid passport required.
