In this team we support development, integration and delivery of in car software systems.

What awaits you?

• You enable developer teams to build, test and integrate their code to release exciting new features of BMW Group vehicles.
• You are on a mission to continuously improve efficiency of the organization through advanced automation.
• Furthermore you engage in varied range of tasks such as tools development, troubleshooting, optimization, coordination, or workflow design.
• You will also be working closely with architecture, quality, and validation teams in a distributed and international environment.

What should you bring along?

• University degree in computer science or related engineering experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages for instance Python or Go.
• Overall knowledge of Linux or similar systems, distributions and their packaging.
• Advanced competence with SCM e.g. git and continuous integration paradigms.
• Experience with DevOps concepts and build automation systems like Jenkins or Zuul.
• Experience working with modern build systems such as CMake or Bazel is an advantage.  
• Good understanding of development tools and toolchain integration like gcc, LLVM is a plus.
