• Supervise facilities management and building services works to ensure compliance with the Buildings and Fire Services Ordinance
• Assist in renovation projects including opening & new branches
• Control and management of all building services contractors
• Diploma in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• Proficient in PC applications and knowledge in AutoCAD is definitely an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Building / Property Management and electrical & air-conditioning works
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Immediately available is preferred
