The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering and maintenance work in Grade A commerical building. He/she will supervise the technical team to perform day-to-day operations & regular maintenance work of E&M system, handle emergency duties, project management, fitting-out work control and provide consultancy services to the tenants.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker in Grade B or above is preferred
• 5 - 8 years’ relevant working experience in contract administration, E&M operation and maintenance for the property, fitting-out work control and consultancy services
• Experience in supervising maintenance staff, sub-contractors and project management
• Hands-on experience in problem solving, site coordination and emergency repair
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Building Services Engineer
