Responsibilities:

• Manage Building Services Design from inception to final completion & handover stage, outline and manage procedures for testing and commissioning
• Advice and comment on M/E contractual issues such as budget, tender, assess variation and payment claims from M/E sub-contractors etc.
• Review and monitor M/E installation & site progress
• Coordinate with the consultant teams to ensure timely delivery of outputs, review and advise on improvement to M/E system design and requirement

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent and member of HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in handling M/E design & work for Hong Kong developments, with at least 7 years in residential projects with developer
• Working experience in contractors in additional to developers will be a credit
• Must have strong sense of responsibility and coordination skills
