Our client is a reputable property developer in Hong Kong. Due to continuous developments of its HK residential portfolio, they are hiring a Senior Building Services Engineer (SBSE) and Building Services Engineer (BSE) to join their expanding team.

Job Responsibilities:

• The Building Services Engineer will need to manage and coordinate all building services works for the residential projects
• Provide professional building services support to the Project Managers
• Review of E&M designs, specifications, liaise with consultants and contractor, arrange approval from concerned authorities
• Monitor site progress and quality

Requirements:

• Degree holders in Building Services / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Membership of professional institutes such as MHKIE, MCIBSE or MIMechE is preferred 
• Minimum 7 years’ working experience in building services of building projects in Hong Kong
• More experience may be considered as Senior Building Services Engineer  
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
