Senior Business Analyst

Job Description
DUTIES:
Conduct research, monitor, maintain and optimize business solutions.
Support users and corporate processes in the assigned area.
Research gaps in functionality, gather requirements of users and present recommendations to teams, both technical and business.
Support SAP ECC.
Develop IT and end-user documentation for processes and procedures.
Participate in Service Desk function to resolve user related support calls.
Prepare and execute test plans for new functionality.
Work with Enterprise Shared Services and programmers to assure compliance to program specifications.
Develop training outlines for end-users and collaborate with documentation specialists Liaise with Divisional Management to understand direction within their functional area of responsibility Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements for site.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field plus 5 years as a Business Analyst, Senior Consultant, or Consultant, plus 5 years experience with SAP. Employer also accepts Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field plus 3 years as a Business Analyst, Senior Consultant, or Consultant, plus 3 years of experience with SAP.
TRAVEL:
Willing to travel 25-50% domestic and international.
