You will drive the agreed time and scope of project deliverables with project managers and ensure delivery to the highest standards. Communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders to document and manage business requirements and undertake business and process modelling. Analyse a wide variety of information to ensure that business objectives are clearly articulated and delivered. Take a lead role in defining the approach and plans for requirement gathering and traceability throughout the project life cycle. Work closely with the IT community (including development, testing and release disciplines) to ensure that requirements are understood and managed. Sector experience (desirable) - has worked in the Energy and/or Utilities sector with knowledge of UK energy industry, Smart Metering, Smart Grid, Asset Management, Field Services, Resource Planning We don’t need superheroes, just super minds You will have an extensive experience providing expertise, advice and analysis in Functional and Non-Functional requirements to support the project business needs, ideally within the Energy and/or Utilities industry. As an Effective stakeholder management at all levels, you will be responsible for managing relationships with senior stakeholders by becoming an advocate for their needs and building up a trust which will enable you to influence their decisions. You will also have an analytical approach to problem solving and experience in working full project life cycles! As a coach and mentor, you will also guide a team of BA’s!
