Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing supply planning activities for the sourcing organization including fill-rate reporting and KPI monitoring
• Ensure a high seasonal delivery performance through a proactive approach to resolving planning issues and working across vendors and the team
• Support building a strong planning function by establishing best practice processes and driving planning process harmonization across the vendor base
• To execute seasonal capacity planning by bridging the needs of both vendors and the team
• Proactively identify risks/improvement opportunities and propose corrective action plan to address these issues 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or other related disciplines
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in capacity planning and supply chain management in apparel or footwear industry
• Excellent communication, intrapersonal and presentation skills
• Highly proficient in MS Office skills (incl. MS Access) and expertise of internal systems; Trade Card/GT Nexus and FMS
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
