• define and implement a sound and centralized CUSO business processes scoping and business assessment methodology, including documentation and standard operating procedures
• execute the business process scoping process with the respective business division (Investment Bank, Global WM, Asset Management) and CC function (Finance, Risk, Operations etc.)
• execute the business process data quality assessment and engage / validate with business divisions and CC functions data representatives results
• analyze the business process assessment input and create data quality heat map
• understand the content and the potential data challenges for processes in scope within the respective business division of CC function
• identify and understand data quality trends from assessment period to assessment period
• collaborate with other areas within the Data Management Office, providing inputs / requirements for tooling and lineage, driving a common strategy and enhancing our processes and methodology
• understand main upcoming regulatory changes or business division strategic business activities and its impact on data (e.g., implementation of NSFR, or B3 finalization on LRD and RWA)
