The eCommerce team at Lenovo is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who would provide key insights to help answer critical business questions for the team. This position is responsible to deliver key analytics projects under the guidance of the Analytics Manager, that will create enormous impact to the business, with the help of innovative analytics tools and techniques. This will involve working with a cross functional team of individuals to understand the business problems, scope the possible solution and create an execution plan for the recommendation. Organization You will report to EMEA eCommerce Demand Generation Manager in Ireland. Essential Responsibilities: • Support the business team with data driven insights combining market and internal sales trends. • Define and measure KPIs and recommend improvements to grow the business. • Research and apply multidisciplinary statistical techniques, findings and approaches to solutions driving the business’ understanding of its market, its internal operations, and its opportunities. • Perform Exploratory Data Analysis and devise data models to provide predictive and prescriptive insights to the business. • Narrate compelling stories and present the insights / findings developed. • Liaise internally within the team to complete analytics, reporting, and implementation of data / analytics-driven changes. • Take ownership of budget management and reporting from an analytics standpoint (defining tools, updating weekly according to business requirements, automation, and rethink the way it is operated now). • Advocate and pilot testing of new attribution models to define what are the best options for the Business unit/company. #### Position Requirements: • Bachelors/Masters in any quantitative disciplines such as Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Business Management, Economics, Computer Science or Finance from a top tier University required. • 4-6 years of analytics or reporting or business analysis related working experience. • Possesses good business acumen, with a clear understanding of Consumer and B2B business in general and eCommerce, Digital Analytics and PC industry. • Should be comfortable in undertaking and delivering projects covering BI/reporting (25%), Exploratory Data Analysis (25%), Statistical Analyses (20%), and Modelling (20%) • Hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and R/Python; working knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI and Qlik preferred What We Will Offer You: • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forward thinking IT companies • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life, working from home • An international team with a high focus on Gender Diversity • Attractive compensation package We are looking forward to discussing this position with you soon!
