Location: Bucharest, Budapest or Warsaw

what you will be doing:

• Provide support to the hotels for Forecast and Budget processes for the Accor Managed Hotels
• Support & training the future hotel openings to have the proper financial set-up in order to provide the required reporting package and follow-up with the new opened hotels
• Prepare presentations for the Managed Hotels with comments related to their Actual performance vs Budget/Forecast
• Prepare profit analysis for the hotels, participate in Accor’s projects and ad-hoc tasks required by Finance Management
• Participate in the Onestream Hotels implementation & roll-out to hotels

  YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or Management.
• 5-10 years relevant experience in Business or Operational Controlling, and project management skills
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Advanced level of knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Strong analytical skills – the ability to link financial data to performance drivers  
• CIMA, ACCA or equivalent finalized or in progress is considered a plus
• Previous experience in a Big4 company is a plus.
