Role purpose

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team, comprising approximately 4-6 analysts, that will provide maintenance, reporting and analysis of AZ reporting solutions to a specified business function. You will be the subject matter expert and point of escalation for your team and support them in both their day to day activities and personal development.

The Senior Business Analyst (Team Lead) will:

• Be responsible for the management of a team of Finance Analysts and for the service delivery of the team
• Lead finance reporting activities ensuring system integrity and data reconciliation and high quality of reports
• Work with the AZ’s stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficient execution of master data management processes
• Drive for continuous improvement and standardization of the process in charge
• Establish a cultural environment which promotes transparency and empowerment instilling a strong customer service and high-performance culture

Essential criteria

• Recognized Financial Qualification
• At least 2 years of Team Management experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to drive and manage change
• High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
• Self-motivation and a commitment to team work are key
• A strong leader with excellent communication skills
• Fluency in Polish and English

Desirable criteria

• SAP knowledge
• Working experience in Shared Service Organization
