Job Description
We are looking for full-time support for GBS FIN BE - Global Savings Coordination. Can you identify with the idea of always wanting to evaluate improvements in terms of their financial impact, in addition to other aspects? Provides professional service and expertise in a broad, overarching and unspecified area of financial matters, which may include planning, analysis and reporting accountabilities for the organizational unit(s) assigned In this position, you will independently support and advise GBS stakeholders in your area of responsibility in all financial topics You rely on a close and cooperative partnership with the heads of departments and stakeholders and create meaningful management reporting to ensure business success and support the upcoming business decisions with your commercial knowledge In addition, you will participate in cross-functional GBS initiatives for the further development and introduction of new methods, processes and procedures for operational and strategic accounting and controlling with a focus on innovation, digitization and automation You support the target- and forecast process, taking into account local planning premises and targets, costing & pricing, and proposal preparation You will also be responsible for the independent monitoring of the offer and ISA process as well as the charging in compliance with all guidelines and rules, e.g. FRG, RIC, compliance and transfer price regulations. What you need to make real what matters. You have an educational background in Business Administration or Finance and have 3+ years of commercial work experience You have sound business management expertise (e.g. revenue recognition, FCF, etc.) as well as analytical skills An experienced handling of Microsoft Office as well as commercial SAP applications is a matter of course for you. Furthermore, you have a high affinity for the successful digitalization and automation of financial processes You are fluent in English (additional languages e.g. German are an advantage) and feel comfortable working in an international group You are able and enjoy preparing complex issues in a compact and transparent way and present them to the management.
