Responsible to help develop and drive Ipoh 2 branch on Life & Takaful biz development.- Planning and strategizing sales activities, and working closely with agency members to ensure the Company’s assigned production targets are achieved
- Working with agency force, organizing recruitment initiatives and participating in recruitment activities to achieve the regional recruitment target
- Acting as a mediator in any agency-related conflicts
- Working closely with various departments to resolve agent-related matters
