The incumbent will be responsible for seeking sponsors for our attractions and special events. He/she needs to manage and maintain relationship with existing sponsors. He/she will also seek licensees for our characters and liaise with various internal departments and functions to implement sponsorship entitlements. Besides, he/she will identify and maximize potential in-park and off-park collaboration opportunities with sponsors.

Requirements

- Degree or above in Sales and Marketing or related disciplines

- With at least 8 years’ relevant working experience in sales and marketing areas, preferably in Corporate Sponsorship, Sales or Licensing experience

- Good business network across different commercial sectors - Strong negotiation skills

- Strong business acumen and able to create business proposals based on clients’ needs

- Flexible to change and be a good team player

- Good commend of both written and spoken English and Chinese
