Job Description

Intel's employee communications team has an opening for a senior internal communications strategist. In this role, we are looking for someone to connect employees to our purpose, amplify the voice of leaders and facilitate dialogue across our organization.

The environment in which we operate is changing rapidly, and we have ambitions greater than ever before. We are therefore looking for a communications expert to drive internal communications in the following areas:
  • Transformation: proactively partner with business groups across Intel to optimize messaging and communications for business transformations having organizational and people impact.

  • Hot topic communication: Critical, time urgent business issues, often not anticipated, can have a direct impact on our company and our employees. How we react and communicate in a clear, consistent and engaging manner is key to sustaining employee morale and productivity.

  • Leadership: while this role is an individual contributor (IC), you will be a senior member of the employee communications team and a significant influencer across multiple parts of the organization and at multiple management levels.

Qualifications

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in communications to include:

  • Working with customers and stakeholders at leadership levels.

  • Working in large organizations with diverse stakeholders, sometimes with competing agendas.

  • Executive communications experience.

  • Creating, launching and program managing new communications initiatives within an organization or for customers/external audiences.

  • Solid background in crafting narratives and key messaging to multiple audiences (for example: leaders, managers and employees).


Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA or equivalent.

Global Marketing & Communications is responsible for Intel's brand management, end-user product marketing and go-to-market activation strategy for direct and indirect marketing programs worldwide
