Reporting to the Head of Finance, the major responsibilities are:

• Lead the Procurement team to perform sourcing and procurement of all school related goods and services and administration services to meet business need.
• Monitor business trends and product availability to pay the best price for school goods and services without sacrificing quality or delivery times.
• Protect school’s best interest on contractual aspect, enhance the terms and conditions of purchase order, tender and service agreement etc.
• Oversee catering management, bus & uniform services and insurance matters of the school.
• Streamline and enhance the procurement process, practices, and systems as well as develop long range procurement strategy.
• Provide support in renovation projects, office refurbishment/relocation and general administrative services.
• Establish, develop and maintain relationship with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Support/lead other business activities and tasks assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration/Procurement or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience in procurement and general office administration, including a minimum of 7 years’ managerial experience in procurement.
• Mature, analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and independent.
• Able to work under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong PC skills and knowledge.
• Previous work experience with online Purchase Order system would be an advantage, preferable in SAP.
