Responsibilities:

• Responsible for routing, numbering plan and quality management for international voice services
• Work closely with relevant internal parties for maximizing the department’s performance to achieve Company’s profit target
• Responsible for product design, development and implementation of international voice services
• Perform business research and analysis, e.g. costing and pricing analysis, commitment model analysis, etc
• Responsible for budget planning as well as pricing and costing management
• Compile various reports for management view regularly
• Perform ad hoc assignments if required

*Working hour from 2 pm to 11 pm, Monday to Friday

Requirements:

• Degree or above in IT or Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in telecom industry
• Knowledge and user experience in Telarix routing system is definitely an advantage
• Good interpersonal skill, well-organized, detail-minded with strong sense of self-motivation and able to work under pressure
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• Strong sense of self-motivation and responsibility
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Proficiency in Chinese word processing is preferred
