The Dynamics CRM business is looking for a talented individual to drive packaging and pricing strategy for a set of commercial business applications within the D365 portfolio, including new services in the areas of AI and Mixed Reality. In this role you will partner closely with multiple engineering teams, product marketing groups, finance teams, sales, legal and other groups to create growth strategies through organic and inorganic investments. Responsibilities
Specific areas of responsibility include:
- Defining and delivering business model decisions
- Determining offers, pricing and licensing
- Driving market intelligence analyses (both quantitative and qualitative) to formulate strategic vision and inform business case
- Proactively looking for opportunities to adjust and optimize business models based on market performance
- Developing key business performance metrics and reporting in partnership with Finance
- Creating and delivering readiness materials for internal and external audiences
Basic Qualifications:
• 5-7 years in product marketing/management, finance, and/or management consulting required.
• BS/BA degree required, technology or engineering background preferred
Recommended Qualifications:
• Able to frame a problem or opportunity and apply structured problem solving to develop recommendations that move the business forward
• Comfort working in an unstructured environment that requires solving complex, open-ended issues, sometimes with incomplete data
• Strategic thinker who will bring rigorous and disciplined frameworks to solving problems, with an ability to question the status quo
• Experience leading, collaborating and driving decision making with diverse teams of peers (Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Legal)
• Excellent cross-functional project management skills
• Demonstrated ability to partner with engineering on future roadmap
• Detail-oriented, and demonstrates excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to influence at the Corporate Vice President (CVP) level
• Comfortable in fast-paced environment, and able to manage ambiguity
• Proactive and results-oriented team player
• Passion for technology and understanding of SaaS services
• Strong bias for action and continuous learning
• Desire to be part of a diverse, customer-obsessed and team-oriented environment
• MBA strongly preferred
