Job Description

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Business System Administrator for Global General procurement (G2P) will be responsible for the administrative activities required to support the Strategic Sourcing or Ariba /Coupa sourcing solution components. Focus will be on supporting end-user questions, leading training, granting user access, configuration, workflow, reporting, and data integrity. This position will manage the daily end to end sourcing, contract and supplier management process within the system, focusing on the event/contract/requisition/PO/invoice linkage and provide transactional sourcing and procurement support required of the digital sourcing and procurement process.

Responsibilities:

* Manage the daily end to end sourcing and contract management process within Ariba system and serve as the operational hub for user questions and support

* Function as system subject-matter expert and training lead for assigned users and vendors

* Accountable for user adoption of the source to pay system

* Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, templates, and vendor set-up and onboarding to ensure best business processes are followed

* Serve as single point of contact for internal users and vendors on use of the system functionality

* Communicate and work with Workday support and internal IT to resolve system and/or data related issues

* Provide first level system support to end users

* 10-15 years of Experience with a source to pay software solutions; Preferably SAP, Ariba, Coupa but also others will be considered, plus experience working in system configuration or testing role in a business facing role

* Knowledge of the source to pay procurement lifecycle and professional procurement best practices a must

* Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines

Must be very proficient and efficient in the use of the Microsoft suite of tools including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and ability to develop metrics and reporting as needed to show system adoption and performance.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities and high volume of requests and changes .

Ability to lead cross-functional tasks or project, develop and/or provide training, and mentor junior-level Specialists.
