WHAT YOU’LL DO

Primary Job Function
 

The Senior Business Systems Analyst – ContractHub Contract Management System (CMS) provides functional support for contract lifecycle management (CLM) as part of the Legal Operations Center of Excellence (CoE) for ContractHub.

Collaborates with internal stakeholders to help ensure ContractHub meets business objectives and contracting requirements. Troubleshoots and helps resolve system functional issues. Assists with general maintenance and system upgrades, as required.

Responsible for the coordination of support resources and providing oversight for the delivery of support requests. Troubleshoots and resolves pertinent Service Desk tickets.   

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end user functional support for ContractHub
• Perform system user maintenance and workflow configuration
• Develop business requirements to support change requests, enhancements, and new implementations
• Develop system documentation
• Coordinate the delivery of support metrics from Freshdesk
• Manage system integration with other solutions
• Respond to user support tickets by resolving system technical issues in partnership with BTS and vendor
• Identify and recommend improvements to business processes; defines new processes with users; creates proposed business process changes and works with users to implement
• Manage software user licenses and monitor compliance with licensing agreement
• Process security access requests
• Design and develop user acceptance test plans and conducts testing

• May have indirect project team responsibility

• Provides solutions to a variety of problems that are routinely encoun­tered under normal business activity

• Maintains productive relationships with peers and management personnel
• Exercises latitude in approach to problem solving 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4-7 years of experience in a system support role and contract management or other comparable document management systems
• Strong analytical and business process analysis skills
• Good technical aptitude, able to readily understand and analyze complex system concepts and technical issues
• Excellent computer skills (particularly with MS-Office applications)
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Solid end user training experience (development and delivery of training content)
• Highly customer focused
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Salesforce experience a plus, but not required
• Minimal to no travel required
