Responsibilities:

• Assist the CEO to oversee merchandise related aspect of the region assigned
• Plan and execute all merchandising functions, including merchandise planning and monitoring seasonal OTB and sales
• Forecast and manage inventory level from store to store
• Analyze sales performance, sell through and manage markdown during sale period to maximize and maintain planned GP
• Well versed in product development for the brand
• Inventory and Stock control
• Frequent travels to Europe & China as required

Prerequisite:

• Degree holder in related discipline with minimum 5 years of overseas buying experience with luxury shoes & accessory brands
• 5 years experience in related field with frequent travels to Europe
• Good connection with suppliers in Italy
• Strong passion for fashion retail
• Leadership skill
• Excellent numerical sense, sensitive to figures with analytical mind
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Putonghua) and English
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Extensive travelling is expected
• Proven relevant experience with luxury foot wear brands in ready-to-wear
