RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Support Merchandising Manager in managing all aspect of the buying and merchandising function of the assigned brands.

•Execute OTB and merchandise plans to achieve sales, profit targets and highest standard of sell-through;

•Monitor inventory, delivery and arrange stock transfer to ensure appropriate levels of stock are maintained, and responsible to co-ordinate with stores and warehouse for stock replenishment issues.

•Communicate with principle for all merchandising issues.

•Prepare regular sales and inventory report for management review.

•Provide fashion and product training to retail team.

•Frequent travel to Europe and China is required.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:

•University Graduate or equivalent

•At least 6-8 years’ experience in fashion/sunglasses merchandising, preferably with focus in China market/Travel Retail

•Must have in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in fashion market and have strong fashion sense and passion

•Fluent spoken and written English is a must, with good command of spoken Mandarin

•Good computer skills required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

•Excellent planning and analytical skills with high sensitivity to numbers

•Experience in a multi-brand environment is an asset

•Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Excellent time management, organizational and follow-up skills

•Independent, reliable, and self-motivated
