1. Manage the supplier through appropriate performance appraisal and routine review.

2. Support to develop new alternative suppliers working with internal team.

3. Manage and follow up business requests from PI, Design, Construction, Franchise team and achieve the deliverables satisfactorily and timely.

4. In charge of all sourcing-related documentation and process. i.e. contract, specification, order, comparison analysis and request form.

要求：

Bachelor Degree or above

More than 3 years’ experience on sourcing of relevant industries (F&B or retail) and has the basic knowledge of supply market.

Willing to do attitude and strong implementation capability.

Good communication skill.
