Mission 1: Application of the Group purchasing strategy on the purchasing services of resort level

• Verification of resort purchase requirements, check suppliers’ qualification and review relevant supporting documents Delivery of tenders’ information and follow up tender process
• Review achievement reports and check finished products provided by suppliers before payment and challenge suppliers for unqualified parts
• Take relevant purchase requests and tender documents for record and for analysis
• Lead resort SPM team on supplies and services sourcing, tender and daily procurement operations.

Mission 2 China sourcing for Group

• Sourcing of new suppliers to extend our supplier pool
• Sourcing of innovation items to employ in new resorts
• Sourcing of potential qualified suppliers for resort according to each resort’s requirements
  

Mission 3 Support of new resorts’ opening

• PMH list establishment for relevant new projects
• Coordinate with each department to define detailed requirements of each resort
• Work together with Project Manager and Purchasing team from Owner part to push the projects
• Support of suppliers sourcing to set up pre-opening items

Mission 4 Management of Purchasing Process Policy

• Prepare tender document template and perfect tender process for resorts
• Formulate Procurement Process Policy for each resort according to actual situation
• Training for new comers of procurement process

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Management/Purchasing/Hotel Management/etc
• Minimum 3 years' experiences in procurement
• Very good communication skills and negotiation methods
• Familiar with purchasing tools and methods
• Understands hospitality/commercial environment
• Experiences with Tender/Bidding process
• Master user of Microsoft Office and Oracle PO
• Fluent in both Mandarin and English
