What will you do?

· Able to lead and manage indirect purchase team independently
· Execute MRO/Indirect Buy/Services strategy with various departments to support each functions and cost center with optimum quality, delivery and cost
· In charge of company 3rd party order management and coordinate with regional customer service for order fulfilment
· To lead and contribute in any business processes flow change and to maintain the right and agreed business processes for any business unit
· To lead any company contract management, coordinate with various departments on any new contract requirement and regular renewal follow up
· Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
· Participate in any new project to support the indirect purchase
· In charge to ensure existing and new vendors are set up correctly per procedure in ERP system
· Prepare monthly report per template given or ad hoc report or analysis
· Prepare key service suppliers KPI per SOP
· Coordinate with logistics and finance on any supplier documents related issue
· Able to lead or represent indirect purchase team in internal and external audit activity

How will you get here?

I. Education
· Degree holder in supply chain, business management with 5 years of experiences
· Diploma holders in supply chain, business management with 10 years of experiences

II. Experience
· Integrity, team player, resourceful, highly motivated and responsible
· Willing to learn and multitask when required
· Capable to work independently and at the same time lead the indirect team
· Good knowledge of ERP system, able and willing to use different system (JDE, SAP, SRM SAP) to perform the job function
