Implement Commodity strategies to ensure long-term, cost-efficient supply of materials. Implement and ensure usage of globally defined methods, processes and systems to ensure high process efficiency and process compliance (e.g. compliant Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, Procurement guidelines, IT systems) Implement Procurement strategies (which are not covered by Commodity strategies) based on conducted demand, market and supplier analysis to ensure longterm, cost-efficient and reliable on-time supply of materials in the required quality Prepare and conduct negotiations for medium to high Purchasing Volumes to obtain highest feasible savings Frame and Rate Contracts for the commodities and Products Generate, document and implement savings, e.g. CNI; plan, monitor and report on relevant KPI to contribute to the success of the business and make results transparent Support Supplier Management processes (e.g. qualification, selection, evaluation, Risk Mitigation through alternate source identification. Contribute to Preparation of Procurement plan BID & Execution . Analyzes scope of supply and contract agreements, carries out risk analyses, finalize negotiations and contracts along with PMs & respective CMs. Identifying regional or global suppliers, markets or regions, products, services portfolio. Analyzing and discussing technical specifications, in cooperation with bid manager / technical Project Manager. Early involvements @ Bid phase Sending RFQs, getting offers, preparation of comparatives during Bid and execution stage. Evaluation for major supplier / vendors higher PVO with cross functional team, necessary audits etc. along with respective CMs. Supplier Management (Supplier Qualification , evaluation and development) along with respective CM Design to Cost measures through cross functional team also involving CVE & CMs. Experienced Professional – 10 / 12 years of Project procurement experience to handle commodities like panels, cables, transformers, IT hardware, software, power supplies and batteries.
