Summary
EyeBuyDirect is seeking a dynamic individual to add to the success of our Performance Marketing - Acquisition & Retention team as a Senior CRM Data Analyst. Reporting to CRM Manager, the Senior CRM Data Analyst will be responsible for a wide range of marketing tasks in a dynamic, exciting, fast-paced, responsive, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
1. Provide customer-driven data intelligence to further improve the brand's business.
a. Set up CRM performance metrics structure, including Lifecycle, Loyalty & LTV. Track performance on a regular basis by collecting, analyzing & visualizing relevant data, providing regular reports with recommendations actions to senior management.
b. Set up an overall retention performance framework by consolidating channel performance KPI (budget, spend, ROAS, CVR, CTR, etc) and CRM performance KPI. Track performance on a regular basis by collecting, analyzing & visualizing relevant data, providing regular reports with recommendations actions to senior management.
c. Set up customer basket performance metrics, including AOV, AJV, JPO, product preference, promotion preference and sitewide behavior. Deliver customer segmentation reports focus on driving business insights on link sell, cross sell and upsell opportunities.
d. Set up database audience management performance metrics framework and provide regular reports and analysis to senior management with recommendations.
2. Manage cross-channel audience management projects by collaborating with internal BI teams to utilize/manage customer profiling systems.
3. Manage and build trigger-based marketing campaigns. Execute A/B testing to ensure optimal campaign results.
4. Manage and monitor CRM databases by working closely with the internal IT team and CRM vendor. CRM database includes the integration of Email channel, SMS channel, and Direct Mail channel audience engagement data.
Requirements
1. 3+ years of relevant experience in CRM as well as a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a D2C or fast-paced, customer-centric and results driven environment.
2. Gathered practical experience on how to best collect and use data & segmentation, incl. extensive experience in customer profiling and personalization with focus on driving business opportunities.
3. Familiar with CRM database and audience management.
4. Familiar with CRM data statistics methodology, such as RFM and customer profiling.
5. Experienced in A/B testing and other analytical tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, Tableau or Listrak CRM)
6. Experienced in marketing automation tools and building trigger-based Email & SMS marketing campaign logics is a plus.
7. Familiarity with SQL is a plus.
8. Bachelor’s degree or above. Master degree is preferred.
9. Strong data analysis skill. Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint. Good communication skill (Fluent in English – verbal & written)
10. Overseas experience, educational or professional, is a plus.
