Job Description
General Role
The Assistant CRM Manager/CRM supervisor is an individual contributor and will play a key role in CRM function, reporting and insights supporting business performance management and decision making for Hermes China. This role needs to have a strong understanding of luxury brand, retail, marketing, CRM and have strong data and analytical skills.
Major responsibilities:
- Coordinate online & offline CRM system integration, build and manage a comprehensive CRM database to benefit business analysis, plan and marketing activities to optimize the engagement with customers.
- Understand online platform business to support EC platform activities from loyalty perspective via well-rounded data processing and understanding, so as to leverage CRM insights to benefit EC consumer management
- Analyzing cross-functional data sets relating to sales, products, customers to formulate specific and actionable insights informed by analysis & learnings to answer business questions.
- Provide regular and timely dashboards, regular and ad-hoc reports and performance analysis to provide actionable insights to business partners to improve performance.
The capability of data analysis process from start to finish is required which includes extracting, cleaning, sampling, analyzing and presenting data.
Requirements & Capabilities:
- Bachelor degree required, better in a quantitative discipline (typically statistics, mathematics, econometrics, economics, or operations research)
- At least 3 years working experience in CRM field with strong E-commerce experience is preferred, especially wechat and EC platform;
- Well known of statistical data analysis and data visualization, experience with Tableau or other BI tool is an advantage, relevant experience in big data is a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, proactive, self-motivated, able to work under pressure;
- Strong solution finding skills, eager to learn and positive team work player;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal & external teams;
- Fluent English and Mandarin.
