Major Responsibilities/Activities:

• Set up evolving CRM system and develop customized CRM program based on customers’ features. 
• Deep involve in business and leverage all internal and external resources to build Omni Channel or New Retail CRM model.
• Work closely with account and function teams to deliver CRM KPI and optimize investment effectiveness. 
• Implement and evaluate CRM activities relevant effectiveness and ROI. 
• Analyze and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of CRM programs.

REQUIREMENTS:

o    Industry experiences: FMCG/ Infant Milk category is preferred.

o    Position experiences: At least 5 years working experience related to CRM; Experience in E-commerce&Baby Store channel is preferred. 

o    Language Skills：Excellent communication with Mandrine and English is must.

o    Computer Skills: Familiar with office soft ware

o    Mobility: Able to travel based on business request.
