• Business consulting and technical delivery capability with sales, marketing, customer service process related in Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
• Developing business cases, document business requirements, develop solution designs, configure system function and deliver system solution.
• Take business requirements and translate these to functional requirements, and the capacity to manage client requirements on both technical and non-technical levels.
• Attend status meetings and provide status report.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing CRM project related results as needed.
• Analyzes customer needs to provide satisfied Microsoft Dynamics CRM / CRM solution.
• Designs and executes system integration, develops CRM customization, configures business objects and workflows, provides function consultation service…
• Provides necessary system training materials and documentation in English.

• MS Dynamics CRM On-Premise and/or Online support experience.

1.Leading or participating in the design and architecture sessions with the clients, gathering and documenting business processes and requirements for the project
2.Advising customers on best practices for CRM, development or integration processes
3.Mocking up specifications for our overseas development team, and facilitating the completion, verification and deployment of projects
4.Support the application post go-live during system setting and fix applications issues not necessarily related to code

• Minimum 3 years of experience in MS CRM (customer relationship management) application support.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks/projects.
• Proficient English in both written & spoken communication skills.
• Strong organizational and team-working skills with ability in a diverse, dynamic environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform technical support, Microsoft ASP.NET, C#, Web Services, Java Script, MS SQL Server application development.
• CRM support experiences with ERP and Web application integration.
