资深社会责任审核员，主要江浙出差，出差频率比较高，超过70%

Work description:

• Conduct CSR audit to evaluate supplier and factory social compliance performance
• Visit & guide suppliers to conduct root cause analysis and implementation of effective solutions to support capacity building remediation plans
• Analysis trend and opportunities in terms of compliance management to identify areas to place impact to achieve higher level of awareness and performance
• Communication with internal team / vendor / factories – CSR affaires
• Participate in strategic initiatives which support program building
• Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed

Qulification:

• Bachelor degree
• More than 5 years' experience in CSR field
• Able to travel (80% travelling)
• Good PC skills at Excel, Word and Excel
• Microsoft AX (preferably)
• Analyzing & coaching skills to understand the reasons behind the non-compliance
• Fluent in English communication , both written and spoken
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-Motivated and with ability to work independently.
• Good planning, problem skill skills.
• Team player and high integrity
