1. Work independently conduct antifouling product new development in line with current legislation and anticipate future legislation.

2. Work independently for antifouling products certificate qualification according to state test method.

3. Proactively initiate technology innovation on antifouling technology for global market.

4. Take active role in problem solving of customer issues using appropriate methodology.

5. Provide support as required to help processing maintain efficient processing formulation for local conditions;

6. Maintain cost efficiency of products by a systematic plan for approving the use of local raw material whilst retaining product performance and application characteristics;

7. Maintain accurate records of all work undertaken and full traceability of R&D.

8. Provide internal technical support to sales team for the purpose of technical know-how improvement.

9. EHS consciousness and maintain laboratory tidy.

Requires:

• Level of education: University Master / PhD grade, majoring in Chemistry, Polymer is preferred;

• Level of experience: : minimum 5 years PMC paint experience; at least 3 years’ experience in fouling protection (Fouling release experience is preferred)

• Good health condition and Can move to TianJin till 2021

• Fluency in Mandarin, good writing, reading and spoken English.

• Good at Microsoft Office software.
